Here is my first completed army using the Army Painter metallic colours paint set. I started with a white spray base from the Army Painter. I used tainted gold over the mini with a dark brown Citadel paint for highlights. The base is painted with an Iron Wind Metals leather and highlighted with the same dark brown Citadel paint. A Reaper ink brown and grey ink wash mixture was used to finalize things. Yes, that is four company's paints mixed together for these miniatures. I have to say that Army Painter metallic paints are amazing and make it easy to make these minis look good.
In the back is the Fifth Edition Clint I tested the paint scheme on.
In front is the command lance of Waco's Rangers, per one of the many sourcebooks in my collection.
This is a 150 point lance for an Alpha Strike demo kit.
